Truffle sauce is the most classic and well-known of the truffle sauces. It is made from a combination of black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt), mushrooms, black olives, and extra virgin olive oil, without preservatives.
INSTRUCTIONS: Widely used on pizza, bruschetta, and croutons, as well as on main courses and dairy products. It can also be used as a seasoning for main dishes such as pasta.
