Product Description
The red wine by Tenimenti Grieco is a harmonious blend of Montepulciano (60%), Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), and Merlot (10%). The grapes are sourced from vineyards in San Martino in Pensilis (CB), thriving on clay-rich soils at an altitude of 150 meters above sea level. This wine captivates with its fruity aromas of wild berries and cherries, complemented by a balanced structure, soft tannins, and pleasant freshness.
Vinified in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, the wine retains its aromatic freshness, offering an elegant and versatile tasting experience. It is an ideal companion for hearty dishes and convivial occasions.
Winemaking
The production of this red wine is carried out with great care and traditional methods:

- Gentle Pressing: Grapes are gently pressed to extract the best juice fractions.
