Cream made with walnuts, mushrooms, and black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt), with extra virgin olive oil. The truffle and walnut cream differs from the walnut and truffle sauce in that, thanks to its lower truffle content and creamy consistency, it's a light product suitable for daily use. Free from preservatives.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Particularly suitable for main courses such as tagliatelle, other pastas, and risottos. It's also excellent for main courses and for spreading on bruschetta or croutons.
