No thickeners. As with all our jams, processing is strictly seasonal.
INGREDIENTS
Apples, sugar, lemons, cinnamon 0.3%
- Fruit used: 127 g per 100 g of product (including 120 g apples)
- Total sugar: 48 g per 100 g of product
STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within a few days.

For breakfast or as a snack on bread, or for preparing delicious desserts.

Molise Goloso is located in Montagano, a small village at an altitude of 800 meters, just a few kilometers from Campobasso in the heart of Molise. In a renovated old farmhouse, the company processes seasonal products from the region using traditional, time-honored methods.
